Originally established in 1990 as Rehab Systems, Inc, Rehab Systems was sold and re-established as Rehab Systems, LLC on October 1, 1998; the management and fabrication staff was retained during this transition, ensuring continued customer service and product quality for our clients.

Perry Sawrey — Managing DirectorA Rehab Systems employee since April 1997, Perry first served as Sales and Marketing Director, until taking over as Managing Director in October 1998. Perry's background started with experience in construction, as his father was a master carpenter. Perry took his learning of construction to the next level when he owned his own construction company during his college years. Perry earned his college degree from North Dakota State University in 1983. The focus of his degree was in business management and political science. Perry's diverse background ranges from being a service manager for General Motors to being a waiter and bar manager for a ski resort. Perry sold land in Montana, worked as a Sales and Marketing Director for Fargo's local community theatre and as a sales representative for a local printing company. He also owned his own computer consulting firm that specialized in custom database applications. His hobbies include SCUBA diving, motorcycle riding, skiing, motor home trips, fishing, jetskiing, snowmobiling, cruises, travel and building or remodeling houses. |

Randy Omdalen — Fabrication ManagerEmployee of Rehab Systems since March 2000. Randy's background is the construction field. The scope of his work ranges from the fine, detailed nature of working with stained glass to the massive planning and coordination in doing brick work. He enjoys carpentry projects, snowmobiling, paintball and golf. Randy has also developed a love of Caribbean cruises. |

Mike Ballou—SalesRehab Systems employee since May 2009. Mike spent some 20 years on the Radio from morning radio shows to Event braodcasting. After a great career in broadcasting, he missed the one on one contacts so we acquired his skills and talents and he is now the Voice of our Sales department. He enjoys his family and time with his daughter, vacations, Jet skiing, camping and trips to the Carribean. |

Jason Sawrey — WheelChair FabricationEmployee of Rehab Systems since July 2006. Jason spent 8 years at Sugar Sand Marine building Jet boats and also has experience with injection Molding. After spending 10 years in Telemarketing and as a Trainer, Rehab systems acquired his skills and he is fabricating your wheelchairs and platforms for your units. He enjoys motorcycling with his wife, SCUBA Diving and travel. |
