Perry Sawrey — Managing Director

A Rehab Systems employee since April 1997, Perry first served as Sales and Marketing Director, until taking over as Managing Director in October 1998.

Perry's background started with experience in construction, as his father was a master carpenter. Perry took his learning of construction to the next level when he owned his own construction company during his college years.

Perry earned his college degree from North Dakota State University in 1983. The focus of his degree was in business management and political science.

Perry's diverse background ranges from being a service manager for General Motors to being a waiter and bar manager for a ski resort. Perry sold land in Montana, worked as a Sales and Marketing Director for Fargo's local community theatre and as a sales representative for a local printing company. He also owned his own computer consulting firm that specialized in custom database applications.

His hobbies include SCUBA diving, motorcycle riding, skiing, motor home trips, fishing, jetskiing, snowmobiling, cruises, travel and building or remodeling houses.

Katrina "Tinman" Sawrey — Sales & Marketing Director

Employee of Rehab Systems since January 1999, Katrina first served as the Administrative Assistant until June of that year, when she became the Sales & Marketing Director.

Katrina's background includes a mixture of two nations, as she held dual citizenship between Canada and the United States and spent time living in both countries.

Katrina earned her degree from North Dakota State University in 1998. Her degree was in Mass Communication and Political Science. Katrina spent most of her college years as staff on the campus newspaper and radio station learning all levels of those organizations.

While earning her degree, Katrina spent time working as a communications specialist for Case Corporation, as a hostess for Perkins restaurant and two years as a shift manager for a Subway restaurant.

Her hobbies include SCUBA diving, skiing, motorcycle riding, reading, watching movies, jet-skiing, fishing, motor home trips, snowmobiling, interest in the martial arts (green belt attained in Judo) and either really good coffee or really good Italian Cream Sodas.

Randy Omdalen — Fabrication Manager

Employee of Rehab Systems since March 2000.

Randy's background is the construction field. The scope of his work ranges from the fine, detailed nature of working with stained glass to the massive planning and coordination in doing brick work.

He enjoys carpentry projects, snowmobiling, paintball and golf. Randy has also developed a love of Caribbean cruises.

Craig Tinman — Fabrication Associate

Rehab Systems employee since March 2000.

Craig started his working life with time served in the United States Navy. He then followed the family tradition of service and craftsmanship in the field of welding.

He enjoys reading, SCUBA diving and welding projects.

Jason Sawrey — Fabrication Associate

Employee of Rehab Systems since July 2006.

Jason spent 10 years at a telemarketing firm and rose in the ranks to management till the company closed in 2006. He then joined the "family business" of Rehab Systems, LLC.

He enjoys motorcycling, SCUBA Diving and travel.
