In some extreme circumstances, it is necessary to offer a heavy-duty option for the AquaTrek Ladder. This option enhances the durability of the treads and the weight capacity of the AquaTrek Ladder. This option is used only for situations where the weight capacity requested is 600 pounds or more. Extra support legs are placed underneath each tread and onto the top of the tread beneath it. This helps each tread absorb the shock of impact from the larger individuals that use the unit.
